During
the preparation of GBU, the Human Resources Department is the functional
department responsible for talent and personnel management, and its main
responsibilities include:
1.
To build the staff structure, set up organizational units, and define job
positions and quotas;
2.
To develop human resources management rules and regulations;
3.
To take charge of staff management, including recruitment, appointment,
promotion, and assessment;
4.
To oversee high-level talent programs, including cultivation, selection, and
recommendation of top-level personnel;
5.
To participate in the design and daily management of staff compensation and
benefits;
6.
To take charge of staff development and training;
7.
To oversee the recruitment and training of postdoctoral fellows, as well as the
planning and development of related bases and platforms;
8.
To manage personnel files, assist with staff children’s school admissions, and
handle residency arrangements for talents;
9.
To manage international exchanges for staff;
10.
To take charge of internal and external communications, personnel
informatization and other comprehensive public affairs;
11.
To complete other tasks assigned by higher authorities and university
leadership.
